This beautiful series of small cascades is just down the trail from Great Falls in Smokey Hollow near Waterdown. I think a re-visit in the spring when there should be more water flowing is called for…

Great Falls is on the Grindstone Creek, near Waterdown. The area is known as Smokey Hollow.
I’ve been to Smokey Hollow before.

This was definitely one of the highlights of our trip this year. It was even better once we figured out how to get down below the falls across from the hotel.

We saw a sign pointing here as we were leaving another site… We found the most amazing waterfalls pouring out of the rocks and running back into them.
