McGowan is becoming one of my favourite waterfalls.

I dropped by McGowan Falls on the way home today. It also had a lot of water flowing over it.

Bothered by a couple of guys fishing in the middle of the river I’m trying to take a picture of? No problem, just apply a little creative editing…

At first, I wasn’t really impressed by McGowan Falls. The first time I was there water flow was very low. There is an ugly bridge right across the top of the falls that is hard to avoid in photographs. I’ve been back a couple of times since then and I’m starting to appreciate its beauty a little more.
